Ahhhhhhh! So the Italian Government just passed a referendum, they are no longer subsidizing public schools. All the government funded schools are either closing or dropping the programs they can't afford... foreign language for instance. Starting in February I will no longer have a job, the program I came over here with is either going to fly me to a different country or back home. The only problem is the only job they have found so far is in Turkey... Turkey would be a nice place to visit, but I don't think I really want to live there for 7-8 months. So I said I would go home, unfortunately the program I am with has to buy my ticket and will not pay for anything over $1000. The going rate right now for a one way ticket from Rome to anywhere close to MN is $2000. Haa haa, basically I have no idea what's going on anymore.
